nodump are crc32=0 roms and roms which are marked with nodump

baddump are inverted crc32s and roms which are marked as baddump

But as said before: some nodump files are set to good dumps by cmpro's parser to avoid overwriting with dummyfiles when using fullmerged sets.

...more on monday...when I'm at home and can look in the source ;)
