when I do a full scan, fast scan, etc. and it completes with the list of missing. If I right click and use the save missing list and generate one once I open it the missing roms list is missing the missing roms list. All I get is :
You are missing 0 of 4780 known mame sets (+ BIOS sets)
Even though the scan shows several missing files, parents or clones it doesn't matter. Clrmame is not outputting the missing roms into the saved list file..

Of course not. Since the save have/missing lists are just quick tests for available sets. It's not recommended to use it, though some people need it for some scripting. Always use the scanner...If you like a logfile, use the logfile options.
