about the goodpce and goodsamc dats

please remove the * - CRC32s are calculated WITH possible changing header information (but checked with Good****.exe)
in both of them, since the dats were built over a clean (headerless and non-interleaved) set of roms

also, please correct the set count
it's 1565 for PCE, and 643 for SAMC
