ClrMamePro only supports deleting of all incomplete sets and deleting the currently selected set which is listed with a 'problem' in the scanresults window. Removing other sets have to be done manually or you have to create a datfile which doesn't list the unwanted ones.
If you only want to hide possible messages about sets you don't have, you can change the sets to check by enabling/disabling the ones in Settings->Sets.
