If a file is newly created, it'll automatically get the current date/time and +a flag. So if the rebuilder or fixmissing adds a new set, its attributs is set that way, even if preseve date/time is enabled.

Yiek..You really use the merger? hell why ;) Use scanner/rebuilder combinations instead. Merger recreates the sets and replaces possible old ones, so -as new sets-, the file will get +a and current date/time anyway.

well...it does work. Since the changed/new files will get the current date/time which is usually different from the dates/timestamps from an older scan. And if you want to change mulitple date/timestamps, use totalcommander.
