Indeed it has. I'm not sure what's going on, but the files are EVERYWHERE. I've kept the CHDs on a separate drive, in their own directory alone, and I found almost all the files in question in that directory. There, and in the cassette directory as well.
I don't have an explaination for it. I use sysdefault paths and addpaths when updating the sets. Why it would choose to place them in the CHD directory is beyond me.
