It does seem that clrmame pro counts the psarc95 rom in both the scanner results pane and the statistics. If you want to avoid that, the easiest way is to actually make a file that has a zero CRC-32 value - in this case, you could use a file of all zero bytes followed by the bytes 01 91 47 (in decimal, 1 145 71).
