lo all

i just downloaded a load of mame roms but thing is they are in like a main set ,0.70,and then updates upto 0.79
i ask sum1 wot to do with them ,as i thought just unzip the updates into my roms folder overwriting the old ones,to which he said use clrmame to sort em out
thing is i cant find anything on how to do wot i am tring
ive looked at the rebuild bit in it but i dont get it coz i have 2 source folders no? main rom folder plus folder i unzipped the update to,i.e 0.71.
or am i getting it all arse about face,which is more like it :P
i get all the scanning and making dats from mame exec ect but i just cant get how to update my roms
