Nodumps = files that haven't been dumped, usually because they're currently undumpable or because the original dump was incomplete. MAME uses dummy files that contain no data and loads them instead of the real ones.

Bad dumps = files that were incorrectly dumped, and cause errors either in graphics, or when the game is running.

So yeah, it's basically saying that there are files that no one has for the moment, so you shouldn't worry. ^_^
