Well...all I can say is that there is a After Burner (UE) [!].sms with the correct crc32 out there. No idea what ucon64 tests or does with a possible header. The filesize is 524288 Bytes and starts with the bytes F3ED5631F0DFC39900FFFFFFFFFFFFFF....so if your file is bigger compare the startbytes...maybe there are some headerbytes in front of it...
