No it shouldn't. And no, he's not correct in deleting the existing file. The setname check is a fuzzy compare and it uses the "best fit" name which doesn't have to be correct. To prevent wrong overwriting, ClrMamePro doesn't do anything if the file already exists. There is an advanced scanner option to move the not renamed set to backup where it can be picked up by fixmissing.
