The rebuilder adds files from its source to its destination. Your destination is set to your collection (a rompath) and the source is a place where you got your newly collected files. Easy as that ;)
Instead of specifying a source you can use drag&drop in the rebuilder and the scanresults windows or you can use the addpaths for that. If you need more than one destination you have to use systemdefaultpaths.
