Hey Roman..as always thank you for the work.
I am running into a problem that when check some of the CHDs my system reboots. latest version of clrmame pro and version 81. System would always reboot when biofreak is almost done...removed it...then it made it to blitz2k before rebooting this time.

Thanks,
Ryland

Guess you get a bluescreen but you got the option enabled that it immediately reboots (option can be changed in your systemsettings->system). Bluescreens can only be caused programs running in ring 0 (like drivers) and not by applications).

Typical sign for an unstable system. When validating a chd, your cpu/ram will be used much more intensive than by any normal application or game.

This is usually caused by:
- bad ram, bad ram timing, overclocked system, buggy via chipsets, bad idecables.

Thanks, copied set to a different system and the CHDs appear to be verifing. One odd thing is that on my old system I did verify all of the roms and my set was good, not when I check it on the other system I am getting some errors?

Getting errors like? Well...if you copied them by using your new system which had problems while verifying, copying may caused bitflips....

sounds like a bad idecable or bad ram to me
