Subjectok, different question! Reply to this message

okay I follow what you're saying and in fact I have no trouble using CLRMAME so far, just for QC-ing a certain build.

What occurred to me when scanning the whole ROMset (0.80+0.81) was that whilst I had downloaded all the latest ROMs, some older ones have renames or unnecessary ROMs removed. So as a different question, once you've checked the entire ROMset, is it possible to output a list of any ROMs that were fixed/changed by CLRMAME on their own?

If that's possible easily then I can simply maintain a collection of all ROMs, download new ones seperately, merge and test them then put all new and fixed ROMs seperate onto a CD/DVD for backup, rather than backing up all the ROMs again.

There's some sort of method to my madness...!
