exts**.ini isn't used anymore. The stored extensions are now in urls**.ini. The addresses in urls.ini can be used for Scanner's download missing sets options and some other listing options.

I need to make one additional function
I want to make a urls**.ini like function but for files inside the zip
for example
file xxx.zip contain aaa.111 bbb.222 ccc.333 and bbb.222 is missing and i want to download from somewhere
current clrmame is allowing only to download the file xxx.zip
but my idea is to make a function to download what is missing files separately.

Well...send fixdats (Scanner, popupmenu) to your friends instead if you don't want to download the fullsets, or use zipdownload (or similar tools) to download only the needed files inside the zips.
