I guess that I just got used to it back in the days of VCR (So I could get Clockwork Orange and uncut Last House on the Left) - most TVs can just automatically switch between PAL and NTSC. I mean, theres not much point to it in the US as for the majority of people, Region 1 DVDs are far better than their Region 2 counterparts (I know this may not be true in your case as you like British comedy, Indie and arthouse stuff as well as blockbusters), so much so in fact that I've been abandoning Region 2 for Region 1...

I really don't know what the point of my post is, I'm sorry - I have a cold.
