I think they're fake; they've been surgicly modified. They're so wide and she's so skinny that she looks like some kind of sickly rodent.

Asians think Western eyes (and nose) are prettier, so some people have surgery to make them rounder (and their nose bigger). I think the modified eyes are ugly as hell (you can tell it's not natural), but well. The nose jobs are usually ok looking. It's still interesting considering we Westerners usually find Asian features attractive. Everybody likes what they don't have, I guess...
