Or use TreeSize. If you run if from C:\, it'll tell you the size of each folder under C:, so you can dig out which one is hogging it all.

The only problem you may have is accessing the SystemRestore folder. If you do, try re-booting to Safe Mode and changing the Security Privileges. I found out that even though I'd specified a certain size, Windows was about 50% over.
