they then notify the isp and the isp basically is in charge from then on. they don't give a fuck about the mpaa, they don't want to lose a customer either- but they also don't wanna get sued. the isp generally sends an email saying 'don't do it again' along with the mpaa's original warning. sometimes the isp rapes you with a termination of service, but that's pretty much the extent of it.. the mpaa is not doing what the riaa does to casual users... yet.
