I wish they learned something from Dead End

christian bale rocks, that doesn't mean the movie will, but i have a feeling he'll put in a decent performance even if he's surrounded by assclowns.

I think Christian Bale is pretty good. He just picks really bad movies to be in. I haven't checked out The Machinist yet, but it looks okay.

Tangents aside, the fake sculpted suit is gay as hell. That's why Michael Keaton and Tim burton will always own Batman. The first is easily the best, and in my opinion, the only watchable comic book movie, aside from Spider-Man and X-men. Though the 3rd Batman is passable, because of Carrey and Jones.

Mikey Keaton is still the best batman so far.. and the 2 tim burton movies are the best (the first is the best) comic book > movie adaptations, imho. (a part from the first TMNT, which rocked, and Ghostbusters, iirc was cool too, but those are cartoon > movie, anyway)

Well, doesn't look THAT bad, at least there's no nipples.

2 things that don't strike well with me:

-mouth opening seems way too small.
-full body armor, no visual breakpoint for upper to lower body. That just makes it seem strange. Having a guy walk around with his uinderpants on the outside may seem strange, but having one walk around in full body armor seems even weirder. I mean, how do you suppose he gets into a thing like that?

All in all, i don't dislike it, but i'd really wish they'd drop that latex armor shit and follow the designs of Alex Ross or Jim Lee, they make for a great and much more believable look.
