A surprising amount of truths in this bad boy regarding what goes on in large scale corporate game development.

First place told us we'd be working overtime for a while, well that never ended. Our regular schedule ended up being 6 days a week with an occasional Saturday off.

Second place like that expected us to just work 7 days a week but I refused to come in on Sundays.

Granted these were both factory production jobs. If I ever get outta school and get a diploma if someone wants me there more than 60 hours a week I better be making at least $80k a year. Personal family and friend time is more important than wasting life away at a damn job but it seems like more business in the US are forgetting that.

Or he? Could be a gay guy, who knows.

Anyway, I have no sympathy for someone as terminally stupid and clearly overbearing. I mean, fuck, who the hell says "we" might keep a job? Is this person working there, too?

The situation is as it is because it can be. What did they expect? Maybe they should fucking shut up about it, "they" should quit, and "they" should wait for EA to cut their own throat. Good luck with all that.

Have fun slaving the same hours at a smaller company that won't ever be as powerful and give you the kind of opportunity EA can.

Shit, who says the guy wants to leave, anyway? Hard work pays off in the end.

p.s. I hate the term "crunch".
