Unless you've built up an immunity to it I have a sure fire method to unplug yourself (or just give someone the shits)...

White Castle. Buy a 10pack of those nasty little boiled burgers. I was talked into trying it once when I was at Gateway and within 45min I took one HUGE shit, then had to go back and did another 15min later... I didn't crap for 2 days after that as I was tapped. However they're cooked unless you make it a semi-regular fastfood stop it'll fix you up quick, and tastes better than meds do.
