Special K with strawberries. I had some of this, thought it was good because it tasted sweet. Been eating it for the past few days and I've been crapping at least 3 times a day damnit. I DON'T NEED TO GO THAT MUCH! I think the cereal's been doing it. Fuckin health shit.

I'm going back to artificial sugar coated cardboard bits.

Shit...if you needed to go, you could have just got a 10bag of those mini-burgers from White Castle. Whatever they do when boiling the meat or the rest of it...it is 100% guaranteed to have you take a shit within an hour...and another common in the next hour too. Only way not to is to eat em often and build up an immunity.
