I'm sure the US would also make it clear "You don't do that to the US" and Canada would try and make it clear "You don't do that to innocents" and all that political fervor. You'd also get the citizens who support each side in both countries, and people are so wound up over politics in the US that a lot of people are bound to snap and do something stupid.

You know those people who shout out "Oh yeah, well we've got the nukes, we can bomb j00" in message boards just because you told a yo' momma joke or something? You realize how many people are bitter over the election, I mean on one side you have sore losers and on the other side you have sore winners, that's a recipe for disaster right there! There are so many morons out there like that, ready to snap over anything. I bet something like this would surely set them off.

Except for the few extremists. I voted for John Kerry and I would think it was bullshit. Whatever, it didn't happen, and it won't happen, so it doesn't matter.

And Haly, people here aren't as bitter here about the election and the media would lead you to believe. Just about everyone has gone back to their lives. The mass exodus to Canada is really just a cover. We're really just sending all our convicted sex offenders.

That's the problem. Everyone who IS riled up by the media is pretty much a loose cannon ready to act on anything. If the media doesn't represent reality, someone is bound to get the wrong idea.

A lot of people in the US are motivated by fear and not reality. A lot of things in the US cause fear. The media, the president, who knows what else? A lot of people aren't smart enough to behave rationally much less think rationally. Look how many idiots there are. No matter who you are in the US now you probably already think 50% of the population are morons. And there aren't exactly any role models for neutrality, rationality, peace, unity, whatever to help people that think this way to deal with how they feel.

But it ain't political or the media. It's because they are WOMEN! It'll be ok, everyone has had this problem since the dawn of time. Don't worry so much buddy. We'll get those cunts back in the kitchen.

Yeah but now the media has a far reach what with teh unternot and satellite (and is pretty much consolidated so everyone's reporting the same thing at the same time), and things can get blown out of proportion real fast. It's only exacerbating the problem. I don't really see things getting better in terms of the media or political stuff.

That's more diabolic a plot than 9-11.
