Nah, thats got nothing to do with it. Its just a piece of plastic, i know plenty of people who have both and they work fine. Only thing i can think of is some peeps have had problems using a backup of HDloader. Ill download HDadvance and see if that works.

If i didnt have a problem with taking the HD out of my Ps2, sticking into my PC and sticking back in my Ps2 again every time i wanted to install a game id have put this 120 gig HD in my PC and just used the 2 40 gigs in it at the moment (both Maxtors) for my Ps2, which is what i might actually do if i cant find a solution.
