Speaking of eyes, it's a good idea to close and unfocus your eyes every hour to let the fluid drain and relieve pressure so you won't stress your eyes so much and risk glaucoma. Apparently if you use a computer the risk skyrockets... I'm sure it's pretty bad if you're an avid gamer too.
