This is my first problem with a dell in the past 6 years. I just purchased a new monitor, and it's got a back light issue(on a black screen, you can see the yellow light seeping (sp?)through the 4 corners, looks shitty in dark areas in games). I had known about the problem, i was just hoping to get lucky ;) Dell will replace the monitor if there is a problem like that, which is cool. It's just that these people are dumbasses and can't read an e-mail properly.
