Use DVDInfoPro on your DVDs to find out what the media code is. Then do a
Google search on that media code, to be sure.

Anything with 'Yuden' in it is good. Taiyo Yudens are the
best in terms of quality, whether it is for DVD-R or DVD+R
discs.

Look for Sony DVD+R 50 pack spindles that have "Made in
Japan" on them. "Made in Taiwan" packs are average at
best - avoid them. The 'Made in Japan' packs are genuine
Taiyo Yudens. This is also true for Fuji DVDs.
