In that class of meds there is paroxetine (paxil), fluoxetine (prozac), sertraline (zoloft), citalopram (celexa), and escitalopram (lexapro) with the later 2 being the newest ones. Some people do better than others on one med compared to another, its just genetic differences. Insomnia could be the time of day your taking it (zoloft is known to cause insomnia if taken at night, paroxetine is known to cause drowsiness if taken early in the day, but those aren't hard, fast rules since they're all in the same class most side effects are seen in all of them, just depends on the person.)
If they don't work well for you, you might want to try to switch to an SNRI like venlafaxine extended release (Effexor XR), works slightly different from the SSRI's but its approved for depression, genalized anxiety, social anxiety, but I'm not sure of your financial situation and the medication situation in brazil (since in the US Effexor (XR), Zoloft, and Lexapro are still brand only = expensive).
But in the case of all of these, they take 4-6 weeks to work, so side effects that appear at first may go away, but if they don't and they're messing with your life, try another one, but then that'll be another 4-6 weeks till that one builds up to a therapeutic level.
