It's true that some girls won't make the first move, but not so many. The times are a-changing, and I have witnessed some initiative in most (!) of them ('cause I am a shy asshole myself, see).

And I wouldn't tell her I love her unless it's true. It's really not necessary just to fuck, girls have instincts - just not as much as guys, but they still have them, so you may find girls willing to have a good time without a serious story in the background. Not so many of these, unfortunately. But if DK really wants to fuck and nothing else, he can try without much hassle with an experienced girl that will understand what he wants.
