the DRM is a nonissue given how weak it is and how easy it is to strip off.
The lack of quality isn't an issue unless you're an audiophile (for digital downloads, they're of acceptable quality and until I get my Boston Acoustic speakers back to Oklahoma, the quality is fine on my Logitech 2.1 setup).
And like I've said many times over, Peer 2 Peer sucks fat dick. Unless a friend rips the cd and personally tags the files, I don't want the shit on my hard drive.
