Here in canada they're the worst you can get. They always charge you more, especially for stuff coming from outside the country, their customs fee are incredibly high compared to others like fedex for example.

But the worst part is that their delivery guys are complete morons. Another example, they left a package worth over 1000$ on my friend's porch right in the middle of the afternoon while he wasn't there, he sure was lucky that no one stole it. Or the time they kept his package, he had to drive all over the city because they didn't knew were they kept it, and when he finally gets there at 4:45 they say to him "well we're closing at 5 so come back tomorrow".

Oh and I forgot, the packages are always in poor condition when you get them, it's like they're playing soccer with it damnit.
