I need to know the name of a movie. It's a collection of shorts from different countries about 9/11. Each one is supposed to be about 9 minutes and 11 seconds long.

I've only seen the french short, it's the story of a deaf woman, living with a tour guide. The whole piece is 99% muted. Does anyone know the name of it, i'd love to get a hold of the whole lot, they're supposed to be quite good. The french one sure was.
