If you have a donut spare, choose a tire to start with, say the front left. Grab your donut spare, and swap the chosen corner for it. Then take the tire you have and put it in its new corner. Repeat until you're back where you started, swap the donut off, and put it back. If you have a real spare (unlikely but possible), check your owners manual to see how you're supposed to rotate it in, then follow the above procedure and store the leftover tire. Takes about five times as long, but it works.
Just make sure you tighten ALL your lugnuts... I lost a set of nuts, studs, and a wheel (oh, and my heater core) that way (and I know better).

Might just be a leak in the tires or valves. That's usually cheaper to take care of yourself most places, at least here anyway.
