1. Take it to a tire balancing place. 2. Get some jack stands. Usually around $15 on sale.
My brother in law totally fucked the job up by doing that on a soft asphalt driveway. Fucking dumbass scarred the driveway and dropped the car.
You probably want to take your's in to get it done so they can balance the tires and patch them anyway.
And I don't think your insurance will cover tire wear. Even if they did, it will probably be under your deductable.
