Yes and no.

Get a PASSME which costs $20USD. This goes into the DS slot. Then use any old GBA flash cart in the other drive. Whatever DS binary you flash to it the passme will con the DS into thinking is a legit DS file and it will run. Far as I know this is only for homebrew crap, but I never really looked that deep.

So like if you had a gba flashcart, then spent the $20, you could be now enjoying SNESDS. Based off the super optimized and speedy SNES Advance -- but it is full speed in all games and has audio which is supposedly very good, compatibility is increasing often -- and it saves games too.
