ok, now let's observe the graph:

The car clearly makes ~230HP (*1.15=264.5 crank) and ~200 ft-lbs of torque at the wheels. Does this guy not understand that the shift spikes don't count; the curve is what's important. The dyno output spikes between shifts, usually when you dyno your vehicle you get it into 3rd gear (5-speeds), stomp on the gas, and record that bit of info; you don't just make a run through the gears and use that as your reference.
