I think it's cute when Gamecube owners try to make the PS2 port of Resident Evil 4 sound like the Atari 2600 port of Pacman just so they can feel better about owning a Gamecube.
It's not like Capcom did a shitjob on it like Ubisoft did on the Gamecube ports of the Splinter Cell games (the first one not-so-much, but the second and third ones were painfully poorly done). It's also not like the differences in performance are at all like the differences between the Saturn and Playstation ports of Shienryu and Soukyugurentai.
