Buy about a dozen cockroach baits and stick them in dark corners and hard to get to places. They can walk on anything so the baits don't have to be flat on the ground.

Don't bother trying to spray your place that wont make any difference you'll need baits (traps) that you can get from any super market. Also remember for every cockroach you see there are three more you don't see.

I have birds and cockroaches love their food so I have to deal with a lot of them.
