Before you go to bed?

After you eat, you should wait at least three hours before going to bed.

Plus you should avoid eating anything high on calories (i.e. fatty or high carb foods) in your last meal, as your body won't process that when you're asleep, and it'll all just revert to fat.

I should know, i stopped eating 4 hours before going to bed and lost at least 3 pounds in a month, i started cheating on my diet a month ago and i gained it all back. :-(

But i'm having trouble maintaining a regular sleep schedule, so my diet and exercises have gone to shit.

Regardless, i'm sure that if you try the "not eating like a pig before bed thing", you'd be healthier. I'll tell you the same thing my nutricionist told me, you shouldn't eat anything heavy a few hours before bed, but you shouldn't starve yourself either. Just stay away from anything fatty or hig on carbs at night and you're good.

The Master would not approve of this sig.
