I do agree that we should encourage, not enforce, a one or two child per couple ideal. Seriously, the world's poppulace is growing far too rapidly and the resources will never have the chance to be distributed more equally if the situation continues or worsens(sp?).

But fuck that guy. I love mother Earth, but exterminating a species, ANY species is completly in disarray with any ecological point of view.
