I understand your point. But she could have been dead when the boy called 911. Also, I would also blame the 25% prank callers that dial 911. The system is not a joke.

She should have sent someone there even if she thought it was a prank. A six year old shouldn't be home alone in the firsts place. Being jaded should not be an excuse not to do your job when peoples lives are at stake.
