> Anyone pick this up? I was thinking of getting it. > > > I did. Hell for $20 it was worth the risk. On the surface it could appear to be some lame math program to make your brain think better but there's more. There's random(somewhat) choices of multiple things to do in the game for warm-up training. You got the calculations x20 problems and x100 problems (simple math from elementary school.) Beyond that you have syllable count, reading speed, logic issues with seeing colors vs written words, logical path tracing (like connect the dots for adults), and much more. On the side there are also 100 sudoku puzzles to screw around with too. After all is said and done sudoku aside you can then do your daily rating for cognitive power. I started on a 54 like 3 trainings ago and got it down to 39 yesterday (20 is godly perfect score few can attain.)
I think if one sat down, cared about improvement or beating their scores/mental abilities/limits then it would be a really easily replayable gem for 15min out of your busy day every day or so. If you're some gfx and audio whore needing your next dose of digital crack who needs a 12button marathon with camera manipulation and collecting meaningless shit -- steer clear.
