I was standing outside a business across the street as this accident happened Sunday.

Immediately after the accident, a guy slowly passed by the scene (he must
have been behind the U-Haul) and yelled "RETARDS" at the people.

What a classy guy.

I yelled at him "hey buddy, why don't you shut the fuck up." He just stared
at me and drove away. Too bad he didn't run into a telephone pole
as he stared at me. I could've called him a retard.
