Speak clearly, about 1 foot away from the mic. Don't blow on it while you talk. Seems like it picks up on the different sounds rather than the actual word itself
YEL-LOW (2 syllables must be yellow) RED (very short word must be red) Blue (medium length, ending in OO) blaCK (medium length, ending in CK)
I should test some other words, maybe it'd be easier to say other words instead of the colors - if the system can pick the words up.
