First thing first, pay the 1 mil to get the invincible cheat. It makes getting the true jedi status on the pod race scene (and every fucking other scene) way, way, way easier.

And Episode 3 Chapter 4 - Defend Kashyyk or whatever it was called is a fucking cunt faced motherfucker poopsocking piece of shit level when it comes to true jedi status. It'll take about 20 runs through it before you magically find enough studs to reach its retardedly high quota (which is like 110% the number of studs you'll normally find on the level).

Fuck that stage in the fucking ass. Seriously.
