Oh how wrong you are. Most characters in the game have 1 super art thats so good, it makes their other 2 usless (Yun's sa3, Chun Li's Sa2, Ken's sa3), others have 2 that are usable (Makoto, Dudley), but Ryu is the only character in the game where all 3 of his super arts are usefull.
Sa1 (Shinkuu Hadou-Ken) = Decent, but people dont use this for the super, they use it because it gives Ryu the most EX stocks out of all his supers, and all Ryu's special moves rock when EX'd.
sa2 (Shin-Shoryuken) = With the exception of Gill's supers, this is the most powerful 1 bar super in the game. Best to do it after a reversal. Prolly Ryu's worst super, but still usable, your opponents will totally change their tactics if you have this ready to go.

Its his best super actually, a fully charged Denjin will totally stun your opponent. Make 360 motions speeds up the charge, and the key is to do it straight after a knockdown, that way, they will already be a little stunned, so you dont need a fully charged Dejin. Plus, it cant be blocked, only parried.
