Me vs level 8 CPU Gouki (hardly my best, but it will do just to show you some setups), im using the Ps2 version but this should still work on the DC.

The first setup at 1:00 is a jab Dragon Punch into Denjin, this is the best cause it gives you the most time to charge Denjin, just time it so that when you release it it hits him immediatley on wakeup.

The 2nd shown at 1:37 is just a back throw into Denjin, buffer Denjin while your doing the throw so it comes out asap and release accordingly, works best in a corner (as seen in the vid).

Another good setup is jump in heavy kick, crouching medium kick into light kick hurricane, buffer Denjin as soon as the hurricane kick lands so it comes out asap.

Best combo to use when their stunned is jump in heavy punch, crounching heavy punch into heavy Hurricane kick (as seen in the vid).

As for Shin-Shoryuken, here's a good example of when to use it.
