forceSingleProcessorMode = true
skipCompatibilityChecks = false

Make sure that is set in the titan quest settings file to avoid any crashing issues and set it to Windows NT compatibility mode this should alleviate those problems until you get teh 1.08 patch or the 1.11 as of today
