is there any, and if so, what they are ? SMS, NES, SNES, and Genesis, preferable. And CPS1, is possible..

Nothing else comes close SNES - ZSNES does it but SNES9x is way easier and more intuitive to record with Genesis - There's a modified build of Gens out there that does it pretty well. CPS1 - BuddaMAME should do you fine, I think.
